How to use: For each question, pick A, B, or C. Count which letter you chose most often to see your result.
1) Trauma-specific training completed
- A. ~12–16+ hours of formal trauma training (with practical application)
- B. 50–99 hours trauma-specific training, incl. one depth modality (e.g., EMDR, IFS, SE)
- C. 100+ hours advanced trauma-specific training across multiple modalities (e.g., EMDR, IFS, SE, Schema)
2) Experience & caseload focus
- A. General caseload with trauma-informed practice
- B. 2+ years regularly supporting trauma/CPTSD presentations
- C. 5+ years with primary caseload of complex trauma/dissociation
3) Methods you use in-session
- A. Foundations: psychoeducation, safety, nervous-system tools; refer on when needed
- B. Routinely use one depth modality (e.g., EMDR/IFS/SE) integrated across presentations
- C. Multi-modal, depth-oriented work for complex cases; adapt protocols across modalities
4) Working with complexity/dissociation
- A. Understands red flags/limits and knows when to refer
- B. Works with complex presentations (CPTSD, attachment disruptions, somatic responses) with supervision/consultation
- C. Routinely treats dissociation (incl. parts/identity disturbance) and manages risk/containment confidently
